TO THE KIND ATTENTION OF INVESTORS!
The Chelyabinsk region Government offers to investors the following:
- free land lots for carrying out any investment project with the further transfer these lots into possession;
- connecting these lots to engineering infrastructure and facilities including gas and electricity and roads and so on;
- concluding investment agreements with the regional Government;
- rendering administrative aid to investors for getting all required permissive documents;
- granting tax incentives relative to regional taxes in strict conformity with the law (by agreement), as well as a number of state guaranties.
* All bulk of preferences is granted within the framework of investment projects which would enhance social and economic development of the Chelyabinsk region.
The Chelyabinsk region welcomes all potential investors and invites any partners who are interested in fruitfully and mutually profitable cooperation.
